I know that the North Yorkshire Archive Service in Northallerton has lots of plans of vessels built at Cochrane's of Selby and they do have  GY trawler plans

I have built GY164 which was Selby built, but I did not use the Archives Service so I cannot speak from personal experience.

Hull Town Docks Museum keeps extensive copies of plans from Cochranes and Cook Welton and Gemmell built trawlers.

The 'Ross Tiger' was built by Cochranes & is an exhibition at the 'Fishing Heritage Museum' in Grimsby, you could try them.
