Christmas open weekend Deans Marine
« on: December 19, 2016, 09:47:50 am »

Deans Marine Christmas open days
We were blessed with warm sunny weather for the weekend especially
on Saturday, it was even getting more like a spring day.
It seems that there was heavy fog in most other places, there must be a moral
 their somewhere.
A great turn out of modellers and some interesting boats on show and on
the water, mince pies and warm drinks went down well, plus a nice friendly
atmosphere, the heaters in the display room most probably helped a lot,
not often this time of year one can one sail a model from the warm
Many thanks to all that came over the weekend, some travelled a very high mileages
to be here, and in the fog most of the way
We at Deans Marine wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and
 prosperous new year.

Thanks for your hospitality, a real interesting day out amongst friends and lovely models.
Some fog on the way up from Windsor, but it cleared before I got there.
HMS Agincourt close up is awesome, as was Steve's Admiralty Train Ferry.  I noted two Polyphemus hulls being taken home.  Tee hee  ok2
