Aero-Naut Pilot Boat
« on: March 15, 2016, 12:46:11 pm »

Has anyone built this kit, I have had a look on various sites and they describe the hull as plastic and wondered if it was a decent hard plastic or a cheap flimsy one, any help appreciated

Cheers

Russ

Being German, and looking at the quality of the other offerings from this manufacturer, I would say you will have no worries on that front

For the price of the kit it does seem good value considering it comes with wheelhouse detail and led lighting, the construction method means the materials in the kit could be upgraded..

Ive taken the plunge and bought a kit, arrived on Friday....ordered a few extra "toys" [to be revealed later in build]. Hope to start it when I get change along with doing some more work on my Tamar build too.
