No problem for me Martin - other than your cad file.
Can you save it into a dxf format and do you already have the acrylic?  at 4mm thick it would be best to use cast acrylic as opposed to extruded if it is to be cut on a laser.
How big is the sign?

Carl :-))

Hi Carl,

Excellent! ... I didn't want to ask anyone directly...  :embarrassed:

I can buy a sheet of 4mm Acrylic and get it posted to you.
Size: 150 x 90mm

I Tincker cad, it exports in .stl . obj or .svg .... any good to you?

No problem to do the job Martin, but the exported file formats are no good I'm afraid.
It would have to be either .dwg or .dxf.  Tinkercad is a 3D package for use with 3D printers - for laser cutting I will need it as a 2D drawing.
Can you send me a hand-drawn drawing of what you are looking for, with dimensions, and I can draw it here and, if you are happy with it, cut it out.
 :-))
