Hi Viz lighting

Just sat sitting here wondering why 'stealth' aircraft are fitted with Hi Viz flashing lights...?

Health and Safety, also if they did not show their location and then shoot down an enemy plane because the enemy did not know that they were there , the Owner of the stealth plane would probably be sued for entrapment and dangerous flying.  8)

Only used when in home territory, got to land and would use normal flying procedures in a peaceful time, turn them off over hostile territory, easy.
