And the Answer is...

On route from China to Norway, Technip's Deep Energy new company flagship -  It was being carried due to the many defective welds on the hull, it had lost its seaworthyness certificates.  :o %% %%

Actually I considered for a long time a similar looking ship belonging to Subsea 7, but for reasons of sanity I decided against it and began my current build, which is also driving me to the same level <:( <:(

Crikey, yes, you would be building the dredging gear years after the hull was completed. That said, it would win an award in alomst any model making contest regardless of category!

I thought they had fallen behind with payments and was being repossed :-)  or they hadn't paid their parking fee and had been c!amped  :police:
