Kind of famous relative

my family has been tracing its lineage and has managed to do rather well an get back many hundreds of years, i found out from my mum today that my great great great (etc) granddad,,on her side, was the captain of the Mary Rose!!

I also have a proud maritime connection, .......a convict on the Scarborough in the First Fleet to OZ...... {-) ..... Derek

"The Scarborough was one of eleven vessels of the historic First Fleet to Australia.   Royal Navy escort ships, HMS Sirius and HMS Supply  accompanied by six convict transports, the Alexander,  Charlotte, Friendship,  Lady Penrhyn,  Prince of Wales and the Scarborough,  and three store ships, the Borrowdale, Fishburn and Golden Grove"
