my family has been tracing its lineage and has managed to do rather well an get back many hundreds of years, i found out from my mum today that my great great great (etc) granddad,,on her side, was the captain of the Mary Rose!!

I also have a proud maritime connection, .......a convict on the Scarborough in the First Fleet to OZ......
