Hi Dave

I have used  Components Shop Micro-w worm drive £3.95 and the minature DC Voltage controller £2.50 on my 1/16th Severn. I machined  a blue light cover from perspex with a blue flashing LED from them, I could not find a
commercial light fitting to scale.

I wonder... with the current availbility of micro servos and the ability to convert one to continuous rotation, would a servo slowing device still work with one and allow the "dialing in" of speed for the perfect radar set up?

Could always use a micro stepper ( would need circuit to provide stepper steps)

Dave I bet you could even fit an ATTiny or Pic chip in the same box

Dave,

Have a look here for the rotating light
There is various types available, they are for 1/16 Trucks
