Hobby King Princess
« on: May 31, 2017, 09:56:05 pm »

Hi all, has anyone bought or owned a HK Princess ? :}
 I have one, but it does not seem to run and steer very well as a standard set up. I am after any comments or suggestions as to a better running and handling boat, I'm afraid at the moment mine seems very poor compared to some of the videos on the net.  :((
What esc and lipo batterys are people using, and is the stock motor man enough for the job ? O0
How about putting a sub surface drive in her instead of the surface piercing set ? ;)
I look forward to your comments and suggestions (clean please) :police:
Jim :-))

i had one. ran it stock but on 3s.

It would turn one way fine, but the other way it would nearly flip(think turning left).

I was looking at one of those as something easy to run whilst "in-between" building all kinds of other "time consuming" projects, but if they do not run very well then I may decide to give it a miss and look for something else.
