They are all there for me. This is not the Photobucket problem so I don't know why you cannot see them. I have reposted the last picture - can you see that?

OK, Ok,

There is a gremlin in my pc, I can see your photo Martin and can now  see Tug's???????

Question who is he and how do I get him out >>:-( >>:-(

(Later) Got me stumped. After a little while I can now see all the photos so what happened??

The gremlin must have shot through.

As all is now working, will leave it as it is, will give me a bigger headache trying to figure out what happened, I love computers.

Thank you for the assistance :-)) :-))

Later again, Yes they, the photos are all still visible, don't trust that Gremlin. <*< <*< <*< Thanks again

It is suitable for both plastic and photo etch, and only available in grey as far as I know.

Finally got the hedgehog assembled and painted, but need to repaint the yellow bands.
Pudgy fingers and iffy eyes means I'll leave it for another day.
trial fit of the 4 pdr tub, good job it's not glued down as just noticed it is back to front,
Told you my eyes are iffy. ;-)

Making a start on the hull weathering layers, still a way to go yet.
Someone told me that the captain would never allow his vessel to get in this condition.
I disagree, hence last photo.

I’ve seen plenty of naysayers about heavy weathering on warships but like I say: they could hardly repaint the ship every time it came into harbour. There was a young lad who displayed a fantastic weathered HMS Dido who resprayed the model pristine due to peer pressure! I thought it looked very realistic as does yours, well done. :-))

Nice to see a model looking like the real vessels at war. Only time a vessel is pristine is when it comes out of refit or stays alongside all the time. Remember these small escorts spent more time at sea in salt water than in harbour. I saw the state of the vessels coming back from the Falkland do and they were only active for a short period. Well done I love the look of your model, it is realistic only wish I could emulate your work, I think it is harder to weather than be pristine.

Thanks for the positive comments guys, greatly appreciated.
Nothing of note for the last couple of days, just experimenting with beads and twine, to try and make some floater nets.

Got a little bit of work done over the holiday period.
Rigging started, falls to the whaleboat davits and depth charge hoist cables.

Hoping to get back onto this soon, illness, bereavements, lack of mojo for a while.
I keep looking at it on the shelf, but as yet the urge just doesn't seem to get there.
Really not a lot left to do so think I need to pull my finger out.

For a bit of a change of pace, why not knock up a nice wooden stand for the model. It might just fire up your enthusiasm to complete the model, looking all sexy on the shelf :-))

Nothing wrong with that weathering job as far as I can see!  You'll have find some really tired looking sailors because it looks as if they had a h*ll of a trip!

Well at last hoping to get her on the water.
I have a temporary membership with Bridlington model Boat Club, so now have a pond to use at last.
Held back on fully finishing her until I'm sure she will handle alright.

Finally got my interest back on this protracted build.
Just trying to work out how to connect the wiring to the smoke unit in the
funnel, and still allow the superstructure to be removable without trailing wires.
I think I have it sorted, just need to give it a try.

Well, smoke unit up and running using channel 5 switch on the tranny.

I don't as yet know how much or how fast it uses fluid, so also going to try
some of my wife's vape fluid. I haven't decided on a flavour yet.  ok2
