1/6 scale I would think.
Plans at 1/12 should be easy to find.
Most probably a member has a set
1/6 squirreled away.
Fit the biggest and best power train
you can and they race around the lake
like they are on rails.

Hi Boat
The original boats were 31 and 1/2 foot with twin Perkins Diesel P6354 motors and twin three props.
Personal I would go twin motors, drive shafts, twin props and rudders.
This is a site with Huntsman pics. https://get.google.com/albumarchive/116493500049865636778?source=pwa

Another source would be the guru Dave Milborne on the model boats mag forum site.
He has built a number of these .

Hi Boats

The plans can be resized at the printers at 182% which is within 2 mm of the required size 877mm(34.5") to 1597.96mm(63").

HI Boats, at that size can i suggest that you plank the deck, as per life size, big job but it would look sooooo good.

HI Boats, Plank all the decks, bit late but you could have the cabin roofs painted with the decks only planked like the real boats, but still a superb job so far

Planking on cabin roof done forgot to say the D4 glue has a shelf life of 6 months but my god is it fast drying and holds strong.Got infill to do between cabin and deck going to put a strip of wood along side window fixed to deck that way i get a lip to fit cabin into and stop splashing getting into hull.The boat is 1/6 scale any ideas on size of seats so i can build them please resin hull next week then flat and prime can get deck planked and stained :}
