Billing Boats Zwarte Zee

I am just about to start on the above venture, can anyone advise at which point the hull should be cut to shape ? Looks to me like when the Frame is secure and the deck fitted would be right .
Any tips on this would be appreciated.

It's a tough one i think... It would seem not that many have built this kit, I haven't and it's on my list of boats to build... :embarrassed:

I'm guessing yours is the ABS hull? not wood, Iv'e been searching for a couple of days now...

Found this on the model ship forum...not read all of it (I'm not too well at the minute!) but you might find it a help.

Hope you find an answer...let us know if you do...good luck...

Thanks for reply JB.

Checked the pics on the web and I think that's just what I'm looking for, I see that the builder agrees with me re vague instructions.

Thanks again

That's brill Chas, glad you found the link useful.

Don't forget to let us see the tug's progress, some photo's if you can... :-)) I'll have to build my own one day, the list gets longer every week!
