The way the offshore industry has been hit by the recession which began in 2008 (and for that market is still ongoing) I guess the likes of the Ulstein shipyards have to look further than just oil industry shipping.
Its so bad that ships that were launched only in 2012 are going to the breakers yard as there is no market even for almost new shipping, I have even seen an x bow up for sale who might wish to turn it into a private yacht - now that would be some conversion!
