Thanks for letting us know Neil, and sorry to hear of your accident.I am sure everyone will join me in wishing you well, and that you are soon given something to ease the pain you must be going through.I promise not to tell everyone you tripped over your duvet,I will let them all picture that in their own minds
I am not anticipating too much work involved in setting up the display stand, the hardest part will be setting up the tables,so any help with that will be very much appreciated. The display will be to show off the models themselves, nothing fancy, just a video player and small television to play RNLI associated DVD,s.Margaret will be laying the cloths on the tables, with RNLI Flags around the edges.
Now I must put out an urgent appeal please? Neil has stated that he will be sitting while attending the show,so if someone could bring a rubber ring, preferably large size, for him to ease the pressure on his rear end,it would be appreciated.I'm sure he will be able to make it to the loo, when required, but there are trolley's in the hall we can use,and if a dire emergency,we will of course have buckets that can be used ..
We have a good selection of models on display, and we can squeeze in a few more if anyone hasn't booked with me.
We are looking forward to a great show, with some laughs, and there is a rumour that we could be getting some cake!
See you all soon!!!
