         need to obtain rigging blocks &tackle 1:24 scale,any help,advice would be most grateful

Large rigging blocks are essentially just enlarged small ones.  Same shape and proportions.  So they tend not to be made or sold as any particular combination of real world size and model scale, but by actual size.
