HMS Hood waterline model
« on: December 05, 2017, 11:10:35 am »

My Grandfather worked at Basset Lowke, Northampton for many years, and so I had a small fleet of their 100 feet to one inch waterline warships as a boy, re-enacting great sea battles on my bedroom floor. Sadly, none of them survived through to adulthood.
I still miss them, so I decided to recreate my favourite, HMS Hood, complete with a copy box and label. I do at least have a box that I could copy accurately.
