Are you thinking of the Swordsman type boat that George Turner used to make? He only does cars now though.

Stavros is right (!!!!!) it is almost certainly the model made, and now sold by David Pledge of the Knightcote Club. (Speedline did sell it initially)

This is definetly a huntsman. Have all the instructions etc but no manufacturer.

Does sound like the George Turner GT400 with a Huntsman top but not sure the size matches your figures.
