yep the webra 91 was the motor to have at the time and the slide carb, but the one I am talking about was the webra slide but modified,
I am sure the bloke was called stidwell, might be wrong, but all the racers wanted a carb done by him.
webra was the go fast motor until the likes of CMB and PICCO came about over here, but still managed to almost keep up ha ha
reliability of the CMB was far better and just looked so different, the webra seemed a very tall motor back then..
Pretty sure ive still got a an old webra 91 carb in my box, not the slide one the barrel one ha ah
I got my cmb from Greg Sadler, he imported a few bits and pieces from all over the globe.
All the top racers back then had a Webra 91 and then most switched to CMB when renewing.
