Unfortunately this sort of thing is wasted on those of us who do try to abide by the rules of the road for the right reasons.  The appropraite audience will never watch -or more likely not care after watching it anyway.  Well done for repeating it though.

Those of us who watched it through will have realized that it isn't actually a road safety film.

Whilst not quite on the same lines the opening credits to Marvel’s Deadpool has similarities but obviously with humour.
