We have just returned from a cruise round the Horn in South America & I thought that I would share a few ship related photos. This areas is not known as the end of the earth for nothing. We cruised the channels around the horn heading up to Santiago, Chile for 3 days and in that whole time saw 2 ships & possibly one village. This really is big country on a scale that we would not have imagined.
The first two photos were taken at Stanley in the Falkland Islands (or the Malvinas as the many Spanish on the ship insisted on calling them). The day started calm and then got a little windier. The pictures are of the ship's tenders which we were using to get ashore.
