Not too much this week - one 2lb copper/fibre mallet for removing aluminium castings from steel tube (tube held in position by soft plastic grommets).

I'm trying to limit what I spend on amazon, more with local UK suppliers, to stick up for both UK suppliers and businesses, may not be as cheap, but it makes me feel more responsible.  :P :-X

I use those Wolfcraft clamps and they are excellent.  The big clamps are very very strong and the quick clamps are great too.  Really good choice and you can never ever have enough clamps  {-)

My new model machines thickness sander has just touched down in Stansted airport so it should be with me this week.  I'm looking forward to having a go with it.

I can mostly find what I'm looking for the same day  {-)  I didnt buy it all this week obviously  %%  but Since January 2017 when I took up the hobby

Thank you. My wife was happy that I use the second bedroom. I don't have a garage as I live in a council house. NOT a mansion  {-)

I have to agree thats a nicely sorted room - everything in its place.  Mine used to look like this with shelves and all of my stuff being out.....but then I found a problem.  Because I work mainly with wood I was forever having to dust everything to keep Lorraine happy.  So now its all put away in cupboards and drawers and no more dusting for me - happy days  :}

I was spending today rearranging and tidying my workspace would you believe  :D
Lightbulb moment! A piece of wood left over from building a storage and travel box for Portgarth.
This allows use of the window ledge as a shelf without constantly clashing with the blinds

My 500ml of Aliphatic Resin has lasted ages and ages but suddenly it is running out. So ordered another one but to make the postage worthwhile ordered some epoxy, cloth and timber as well.

I think I've got more timber that I'll ever need now!
