Why such a big black segmented box Martin, for such a small phone & base?  :o .........

Maybe you could fit a few Asparagus + Watercress sangers for lunch on one side, then in the other side, a Curried Chicken + Rice dish for the evening meal?

Under the right side is the usual multi country charger plug and associated cables etc.
Under the left side where the phone sat and under the centre where the stand is, is where the extensive multilingual warrenty and instruction encyclopedia - in other works the manual will take up a whole kitchen draw.  {-) {-) {-) {-) {-) {-)

Some 1/200 scale brass etch frets from the U S. Then to rub salt in the wound  had to pay UK V A T and postal charges.

Hi TailUK. What did you build with the 2 hulls, any pics, build log etc. All info gratefully received.

Our HMS Adamant 1911 was bought a baby to look after- a 1/48 scale C class submarine from Mountfleet Models (originally Chylds Model Dockyard). Have plans to have the C class moored along side the Adamant for some photo shooting to recreate some WW1 scenes.

I may (or may not) have just ordered another CMB 91 M-Line, and am deciding whether to convert my 91RS Evo from gear to direct drive, or just order a new 1.01 instead  %)

I have just bought a Plasterer's Bath. This is a 4ft x 2ft x 1ft builders quality plastic tub, virtually indestructible, and will be used as a test tank.  It was getting a bit difficult to take larger models up to the bath (and clear up afterwards). This can sit outside my workshop and be filled with rainwater fro the Butt.

It also makes a great play pool for Henry, the Labrador, in the summer.

Price, delivered, is about £40. Do a Google search for Plasterers Bath, there's quite a few available.

Hi All,At the weekend treated myself to an order of some Tamiya lacquer paints and thinners from Wonderland Models, Edinburgh ...and waiting delivery of TC9T airbrush compressor 3L Tank 2 Switches 1/3 HP. To go with the spray booth I made....
Then Model Boats magazine was delivered today .... low and behold is an article on airbrushing models.... Well I'm off to get a coffee and read the new magazine.

Cheers David.

Browsing our local Wilco I was taken by their Zoopa Dooper cutting (Stanley) knife. Their own brand but the quality of manufacture was far superior to anything I have seen before . The blade folds totally away and folds out to lock in various positions . Their is a fold out compartment in the handle for spare blades and elastoplast's. What i like most is that the blade is totally rigid when locked in position and does not move about as the others do. Also got a pack of titanium coated blades and 10 mini super glue tubes ( £1  )
