Have just received my order from Sarik for the Guardsman Plan & Hull pack cost for the pack was £37.00 + £9.50 p/p.

I placed the order on the 13th and six day's later it was on my doorstep, not bad as they are all bespoke order.

That's all right, Mr Ryan. My Morse is so rusty, I could be sending him dimensions on Playmate of the Month.

I saw this Honda CB750F 1:6 going for a reasonable price so I thought it would make a change from boats, superbly detailed kit should be fun to build, always liked these bikes back in the seventies but couldn't afford one then not long married etc.etc. :o %)

Hadn't planned on a build log Ray, it's more like assemble by numbers rather than a build and it will be bog standard, no fancy paint jobs bit too cold and damp for spray painting, the tank and panels on this one are moulded in red metallic and not too bad really, I'll post a finished photo in other hobbies later.

Damn! I just bought a 46" Vosper  %%

As a child I made the 34" Aerokits but could never afford the fittings too before losing interest and selling it.

Despite the fleet of kits I have queued up I had to buy it  O0

I saw an advert on the box for these JML Mighty Sight specs and as my eyesight isn't what it was for fine detail and fiddly little parts even with varifocals I thought I'd try them and bought two pairs, buy one get one half price, arrived two days later, the wife was the first to try them with her cross stitch and was very pleased with them because of the built in leds she didn't need the angle poise mag lamp that gives out so much heat, then I tried mine in the work shop on the Tamiya Honda I'm building, a bit strange to start with but once I got used to them all the tiny details were clear and again with the leds there's no dark spots, they come with a USB charge lead but any mobile phone lead will do.

They look the business Joe  O0

2 x 3in1 hot tap water filters. Having found the cheapest supplier in UK to replace the Howdens branded tap filter "Lamona" it has still cost the price of buying a couple of good automatic kettles  >>:-( {-) {-)

I found a Yorkshire based seller  O0   Trying to obtain the correct filter from Howdens is like trying to nail blancmange to the ceiling and my son has an account with them

Parkside disc sander,, I've been looking for one of these every time we go to our local Lidl's for the past 6 months, went there this morning and picked up the last one they had, I've seen these actually being bought on E-bay for upwards of 60 quid,, I paid £29.99   ;)   That'll do   O0

just be careful if you have to undo that allen screw at the bottom, as the captive nut can disappear into the machine. other than that they are brilliant.

I've bought another pair of Hobbywing Quicrun 60 amp waterproof brushless ESC's

These are for stock to go in the Lesro 46" RAF tender. I plan on twin prop install. I'm not sure about motor choice yet but probably Overlander 3542 1250kv same spec as in 1:12 Shannon
