A couple of great shots there Brian, hope I can achieve photos like that in the future.

In the meantime, here's GMS ENDEAVOUR 6102, as seen on Thursday 29th March:-

Excellent effort !

Pity I wasn't out and about  today - I'm only a 10 minute walk from my house to the quayside...

If I spot either vessel jacked up again I'll try for some better quality shots - those were taken rather quickly and without changing any settings to counteract the brightness :embarrassed:

Regards,

Ray.

No, it’s called Grand Canyon, not sure which one, there are 3of them. Don’t know who owns them, i piloted number 2 into Portland a couple of years ago. Beautiful inside, even has a heated outside pool aft below the Bridge.

Your welcome, hope he feels better soon. I used to run into Blyth on a aggregate dredger a few year ago.

Goodness Chip......for a moment I thought I was seeing double  :o

What we see here are both Platform Lift Vessels still moored close together

I have circled in RED the 2 sets of the lift legs of the second vessel and pointed in RED to the second vessels deck crane

The second vessel to the left is still with it's hull in the water & legs lifted
