well......you halfway there, Derek..........cut out the Bertolli as I can't abide olive oil..............ditch the tea bag and use it for bridge padding on an armed trawler model as I've never drank nor will drink tea in my life as I hate the smell of it........and replace with a nice cold glass of orange juice and I'll have 2 eggs 3 minutes exactly, free range.............and that will be yummy O0 O0 {-) {-) :-))

The rolls look lovely and remind me of Scotch rolls (I am not sure if they are a Lidl invention, or actually are true Scottish fare.) Boiled eggs have to have the yolk runny and the white hard. I do not eat soft boiled eggs for that reason as I don't compromise on my soft/hard consistency.

now...............do you bash the shell on top of your egg and pick the bits off  before cutting into the egg...............or do you slice the top off and scoop the egg out of the top bit before dipping into the soft runny yolk...............that is the major question to be asked....... %% %% %%

 I actually use our large and very sharp carving knife, Stand at arms length from the egg in its cup , knees slightly bent and with a swing and a shout of TENNOHEIKA BANZAI decapitate same egg.

I concede that Vegemite is produced from the by-product yeast during fermentation of natural substances, however would never consider any reference to excrement as appropriate   >>:-(

Now if we consider Scholarly and Technical studies of Marmite, we find huge differences in composition of the trady blackish goop between differing countries...the confirmation of this is shown in the Tables below of the UK product compared to the NZ product

Could this be simply a matter of taste, or poor quality control behalf of the Manufacturers?.......

I rest my Case......'in other words you probably don't know just exactly what is in your jar of the product Marmite'   :o

Beer poo - surely its not that at all, as the yeast consumes the sugars in the mix, it is therefore the decomposing remains of the ingredients, be that yeast or other food stuffs i.e. some of the corpses of yeast that has gorged it self on the sugars and then expired.  {:-{

I think that the salt actually kills the yeast by causing the cell walls to collapse, leaving the goop that we love.
