Hi All, quick question please, I have a crane for my springer tug, with a motor that raises and lowers the hook - What 'switch' would I use to connect this to my Tx? I have a 5 channel Tx so have the channel available.

Thanks Wayne

I assume I will need a servo and a 3 way switch (Fwd/Off/Rev)?

Thanks

Get a cheap ESC off the bay.
As long as it is forward and reverse.

Ah OK thanks Ned, I do have a spare ESC, will give it a go. I assume I just connect its own power source, I know the motor runs OK on a small 9v, would that work through the ESC? Wayne
