Does anyone know of a model/craft shop in Exeter where I can get brass wire and tube?

If you look in yellow pages online you will be offered the model shop at st Davids Hill which is really model railways but from memory does have a fair bit of the usual bits and pieces.  Its main advantage is it is quite close to the center of Exeter.  Model Cellar is more plastic kit orientated but is quite a way out although walkable if you have the time.  Both are quite small shops.  If you are going anywhere near Newton Abbot I would recommend looking in at Bekra which is considerably larger and devotes quite a bit of space to Radio control and necessary materials.

Thanks for the reply. In the event I had little time in Exeter but managed to get to Addlestone models during the next step of the tour of southern family, and found a very well stocked metal centre.
