Bullet types as sold in most car spare shops, sized to match whatever you are fitting to the motor.  Preferably male ones on the motor leads, receptacle on the ESC output leads to avoid accidental shorts.  Easy to reverse the motor connections when you connect the wrong way round first try.
Come to think of it, all the Vipers that I have used come with receptacles ready fitted, just need the right size bullets on the motor leads.  Bullets usually need soldering, but crimp types are available if reliability is not vital.
