Treble:
CupSol also do a solder that melts at 305°C . Can supply you a short length if required . Trevor.

Treble:
DURR ! ME BRANE URRTS ! Sorry about that .  Really do need to come off the happy pills . What I meant to say was Comsol solder , which from memory melts around 300°C and is/was  a Johnson Matthey product . Offer of a short length still applies . Trevor  .

john44:
Farnell also do a 301deg C multicore solder. Product no DHMP 18.

Onetenor:
Your demand for this solder indicates a high temp piece of equipment. If the temp was to creep a bit higher under pressure could be a problem. For safety sake I would use silver solder and a flux of Borax paste. Mind you don't overheat the brass as you could burn out the zinc leaving the brass brittle/weak. While were are talking solder does anyone know of a LOW TEMP alloy solder. I repaired a crankcase with some years ago. Can't
recall the name just now but I believe there are more modern ones now.Lower temp and easy flowing but can't find it. Anyone know?
