Action electronics P33

Hi can any one out there please help I have acquired a action p33 which I believe is a speed controller but I have no information as to how to connect it and what are the two pots for if any one has any instructions or wiring instructions it would be most appreciated

Aparently it is a 3 motor / rudder mixer.

HI All it is purely a speed controller. I may have some wiring details for this will check either way it is a very old controller using the Zn 409 chip which is long defunct.
