RMAS Paddle Tug in unusual colours?

Okay, simple question. Is this an authentic scheme, at any time for one of the RMAS Paddle Tugs? The model in question is Forceful, in an attractive blue and white scheme. Despite having no reference to these colours  ever being used, the model is built to such a high standard, I am surprised it may have a completely made up colour scheme! Malta based maybe, I understand they had a habit of getting creative with their colours?!
Any ideas chaps?

I can't comment on that particular model. However it should be noted that many craft around the Greek islands, Malta and Cyprus use that colour blue and white. From fishing boats right through to passenger ferries, so it may be presented as a civilian use ship?

This class were built and used in P.A.S into R.M.A.S. time period and there was a strict colour code for these vessels in all ports as far as I know and it was black hull with buff upper works, I believe Forcefull never made it into civilian ownership, I could be wrong but I think she ended up as a target of the Welsh coast on the Aberporth range.

RMAS Forceful was used as a missile target then towed to Cairnryan for disposal in 1990 :-))

Perhaps the owner was speculating what she would have looked like under SERCO ownership, as it does look like the SERCO own colours, not those that they manage for the MoD contract.
