The actual postings had Drawings as attachment links and being only opened individually..... so I didn't see or understand the question
Yesterday the 13th of October, you posted the same question here on MBM with complete Drawings embedded & it was a simple task of looking, understanding, then posting the answer response to you
[It is possible that the CSEE site is conserving data width?.........but it does not help with Q&A in seeing multiple images & text in the one page ....feel free to pass this posting on to Pat if you wish]

With respect to the Drawings themselves, Standards of Drawing Practice in the early 1800's did not conform to what new CAD students are taught today, so one must put our eyes in the mind of that Draghtsman/Engineer to understand what is being attempted to be displayed
In fairness, the hand produced Drawings of the period are extremely detailed......scaling and notation of sections sometimes need a little thought
