Robbe Atlantis
« on: July 16, 2018, 09:32:37 pm »

Hello,
I have been building R/C helicopters and planes for many years but never a boat. A good friend who has cancer asked me if I could put new sails on his Atlantis. I said I would give it a try but he has on instructions on it. I looked on the Web and found this site. Does anyone know where a set of plans for this boat could be found. It looks like the rigging part is what I would need the most. I am hoping I did not make a mistake in taking on this project for him. He got new sails from CarrSails.com . Any help would be great.

Thanks Mark

If you drop a PM to 'chris gillespie' in here, he's presently borrowed my set of Atlantic plans. It's OK with me if you borrow them after he's done with them. Just PM me with your snail mail address so I know where they are please.

I'm not likely to finish off my Atlantis for a decade or two yet.

Hey Chris,
The pics you sent me of the building instructions are just too dark and when I try to read them I just can't make out what's what. I could really use a set of the real thing to try and get this boat back to Donnie. I am feeling bad because it's just sitting here and can't get it done.  Thanks  Mark

That's a shame....
I re looked at the photos and i can see them perfectly through my laptop ....( you could adjust your monitor brightness )

Failing that then we can go back to plan B and i will post them out to you

If you communicate through the email i sent you, that would be better  :-))

Cheers
