RNLI Flags

Does anybody know where I can buy 4 of the RNLI flags in the picture.
We want to replace some rather tatty ones on our RNLI collection box display.
I have tried the RNLI web site and rang a couple of there shops but had no joy.
They are 9 inches by 6 inches.
