Monitor Stand
« on: November 12, 2018, 02:40:33 am »

This is related to boat models as I do graphics on this computer to make my own decals etc.

I am hoping someone can help me. I have a monitor stand that I cannot figure out how to get it lower.

No troubles in getting it higher but I do need it lower.

There are no buttons or catches on the arm itself.

Regards

Hi Martin,

My apologies, I should have included that in the first post.

It is a Brateck, sold through OfficeWorks here in Australia.

usually if you raise it to the maximum it disengages the ratchet to lower it again. (similar to some office chair backs)

Good call 'grendel'!

"Thanks for your review. This model has a built-in clip to hold the height. To lower down the height, you just need to pull it up to the top. It will then release the clip and slide down to the lowest height."

Hi Martin,

Back in business after following the help provided by yourself and the people who replied to my message.

I raised it to the maximum and it disengaged the ratchet tand I was able to lower it again.

It is now at the right height.

Again, thank you all.

Regards
