3D PRINTING
« on: November 17, 2018, 07:54:42 am »

Im wondering if any one with a 3D printer would take on a small project for my model, i dont own a printer but have seen what they are capable of producing, i require a full set of window frames for a Tyne class life boat.. i appreciate there would be costs involved but they also have to reasonable, the scale is 1.20th,

Shapeways is an option for you as well. Most "designers" don't seem to charge for the design work, you just pay for the finished product thru Shapeways. I have commissioned quite a few pieces this way and have been very pleased.I can pass on links to several designers if you like.
