can Planet receiver aireal wires be replaced when the wires have broken ?

Yes - no reason why not - It's just wire at the end of the day.

As I am sure you know the key is to make sure the replacement is the same physical length.

I seem to think with a bit of encouragement the receiver case will slip off and allow you to get to access the point where the wire can be unsoldered / resoldered.

If not  a clean cut up one of the sides of the plastic case will allow it's removal and some tape will hold it back together.

When the soldered joint is complete put some hot glue over the joint and on the wire to stop the wire flexing.
