Some handles added and a flag locker. I've removed the cross bars to open up the space and improve access.
I've contacted Ocean Groupe appealing for photos, a waiting game.

Working very slowly last day or two spending much time just sitting and pondering all the things going on with ill friends and numerous notifications of deceased Para veterans all of whom cannot have the usual send off  :((

The little I've managed today was largely to revise the work so far. I want all the furniture removable to paint individually when if ever I get a colour scheme.

So now the chart table is also removable.

I just couldn't not fit handrails so to achieve this I made a stair lining.

Ending the day with the electrical cabinet and I've added a cupboard door to the chart table as no space would go unused. This might possibly be a lifejacket locker. I know there are more cupboards than the shipyard plan shows I'll be making it up. Control desks to the stern window next.

Today saw some priming and fettling plus making the stern view control desks.
It was so much warmer today (car said 12 degrees) so I painted the roof too.

I've not decided on a colour scheme yet and no help from Ocean Groupe  :((

I'm going to make two more cupboards for where I think there would be some.

...how about Allan, the Naval Archs?

For fine details and colours I'd bet you woludn't be too far out with generic sizes and pics from google of AHTS type vessels.  That said, I had to entertain an Offshore Manager once and he wanted his own pedestal on the bridge and he got the dimensions wrong.  It was more like Pliny the Elder up on a throne and Desk for Shrek's bigger brother!  Just glad he checked the design first -no comeback on me ordering it.  Expensve mistake though -about £4k just for a plinth.  Expensive stuff is laminated MDF and chipboard when it has a DnV approved sticker on it.  Sorry I digress!

Thanks Rich
I think I might shoot myself in the foot if I got inside info as it might cause far more work than imagined.
The last thing I need is the internal structure being other than white which I’m sure it is probably darker to aid night time visibility  :o
So I’ll stick with the theme of the topic title  {-)

A bit more done but I still haven't imagined a colour scheme

I would say that the small windows present more effort and frustration  %%

Thank you Mark I haven't really done windows before  {-)  except maybe the boulogne Etaples with proper frames.

I feel quite smug with my choice of 2mm plexiglass as it looks double glazed. It is so superior to acetate in clarity and scratch resistance. It is actually a pleasure doing these as it is far less finicky than the frames were and the templates I made to do those serve very well to draw an outline on the plexiglass.

These look as clear as my Portgarth  {-)

I've only over filed one so far and I made that into a smaller window elsewhere.
No glue!! just tight fit and no smudgy mistakes

Very nice Andy I know exactly how much patience a job like that takes but its worth it.  I'm sure you know but if you do need to glue them in use Canopy glue.  No smudges from it ever  :-))

Thanks but no glue! the 2mm thickness provides more than ample stiction. If it's not snug I do it again.

I managed 14 windows today including the 5 tiny awkward ones. Should be much better tomorrow, bigger is easier  :-))
22 to go.

I'm cutting the plexiglass the same way as styrene but it takes a LOT more scoring

Trim on the sander before final filing

They three were tedious

I'm not convinced I needed glass as it's extremely hard to tell which are glazed and which are not  %%

Had to use flash to be in with a chance. 20 to go

That is a very tidy way of doing it. Glazing is a job I always dread – too much can go wrong. You've nailed it.

Thank you Steve I’m just really glad the effort paid off in spades. It is extremely labour intensive and there may well be an easier way in hindsight but I’ve not dwelled on it yet. I most likely will not need to do this again for a couple of years or so. I think it would be too difficult on anything smaller than 1:32.

Tomorrow's task ready to go

EDIT
The alternative is of course not to bother with glazing, if the frames are good enough no one can tell from a few feet away. My Portgarth has none

Taking my time and I've only thrown one away so far with 8 left to complete.

All done. I've had to leave all the fingerprints on so I can see them  {-)

Now I just need a warm day for the final coat of appliance white.

This is a chair from Mustang Mark. Great for only £2.

I will modify the base to suit my build for more height and foot rest as well as floor tracks.
