Shannon Crew
« on: December 18, 2018, 01:49:24 pm »

Hi members.
I am looking to buy a 12th scale Shannon to take me into retirement. I have started by purchasing the three crew characters from DK Figures to paint.
Figure if I have the patience to paint these then a semi kit build is a go.
Does anyone have photos of the Shannon crews yellow gear and life jackets in detail?
Kind regards Nige.

Pretty sure they wear the same as any other RNLI crew so try this picture.

Thank you Tailuk.
just what I am looking for, could do with a picture from behind as well. I think The grey/silver section on the shins is repeated on the posterior.

The panels are reflective and do, in deed, cover the seat of the overalls.  This is the only picture I've got with a reverse view.

The grey panels are not reflective, but tough, matt fabric to reduce wear.

OK, makes them easier to paint!

Most excellent work of Jim Pinner. Speedline 1:12 figures. Maybe no longer representative of the latest kit but very nice  and who would know
