When I wake up in the morning, before I get out of bed, I run a system check. I can remember what was working and to what a degree the night before, and a quick check around the bodily functions allows me to assess what tasks are on the cards for the following day. I do find that things take it in turns to give you grief, like last week it was my hands that were stiff , this week not so bad but nervous co-ordination has gone astray , have not been able to bowl a decent wood to save my life. .
