floating crane "Greif"

I start a building blog. The "Greif" was build in 1958 in Hamburg and is a powered pontoon with a Kampnagel crane.
1984 -2009 he was stationed in Brunsbuettel there I work with him. Today he is a hotel and museum in Hamburg http://myfloatel.de/hideaways/hafenkran-hamburg
scale is 1:20

the rivets are 1x3 mm. This is not much bigger than dust. I start with the boom because is the difficult at this.
