My new boat

Our resident photographer has been at it again, and I reckon this is his best edit yet (though I may be slightly biased)

Enjoy :-))

Unsure why our channel is set to not allow comments, but I'll let Steve know anything people have to say :-))

Love the way it turns flat at speed, but just for us humble straight runners, what is a quick change rudder and why do you need one (we only have one and its fixed  {-) )

A quick change rudder does exactly what it says on the tin... Previously to change a rudder you'd need to open the box, release the tiller arm, drop the blade out and do the whole lot in reverse. With these, if your rudder gets borked during a race all you need to do is unscrew and replace. Seeing as the servos we use are 30-40kg stall torque, they won't be affected by this

Clever, but does it ever try to unscrew its self ?

In theory no, seeing as all the load applied to them is in turning left they self tighten
