To British Columbia Tug Enthusiasts - video?

  Greetings!

23 years ago Shawn (Shaun?) Hall produced a video documentary about BC coast tugs, log barges etc.    At that time he visited my marine collectibles store in Cowichan Bay, where he recorded his visit and included the clip in his video.    I have since managed to lose my copy of that video and am wondering if anybody has a copy of that video that I could beg or borrow or buy.
   
Perhaps I could copy the video and return it?   
Alternatively, does anyone know how to contact Shawn Hall? 

  I would be most grateful to anyone who could help me out...
