Metcalf/Tony Green Rother lifeboat kit.

Has anyone who has built or is building the above kit had an issue with the fitting of the superstructure? I have reached the point of attaching the raised decks and the wheelhouse appears to be too long by about an inch. I have checked the dimensions on the drawings and both decks are the correct length and the distance between the decks checks out but when you dry fit the superstructure the marked cut outs are miles out. If you line up the aft cut out the forward one is 25mm too far towards the bow which would result in the superstructure sitting too far onto the fore deck. Line up the front cut out and the cabin sits so far back that the sliding door aperture is halfway onto the aft deck.
