I'm sure that Chris and Avril could find space for a Mayhem stand, the only problem I can see is not manning it, but chosing the many models out there to put on it, not a job for us lesser mortals, but our esteem leader me thinks. Meanwhile (stick with it for a moment) if any mayhemers out there do happen to have a slightly unusal model, either finished or under construction could you let me know, as I have been charged with a mission (or lumbered more like) by Avril from Meridienne Exhibitions, to bring different styles of models etc to the london show. So I thought, if I'm lumbered (I mean charged with a mission) why not get some help from all my fellow mayhemers------over to you

I think the stand would be a good idea, it would promote Mayhem we could also let the kids have a go outside their own measly hour. You know we could have a selection, with the owners permission of boats that they could pick from and go on the water with there was plenty of slack time over the three days to accomidate this. Mayhem member with them so they do not get in trouble, give them ideas to build thier own, like springer plans plus instructions for building.

ok, i do understand about the issues of the mayhem stand becoming commercial at warwick and then being charged a fee to display...... hence my suggestion of potential sponsorship of some kind... but anyway point taken....

i think the idea of some kind of competition is a great one !- winners gets a mayhem t shirt and the chance to chow down on a steak and kidney pie with martin and colin ! ;D
