HI ALL well im still building tiger but its been a struggle  >>:-( <*< as had a disaster when i was fitting the radar scanners on the fore mast as i accidently caught my hand on the mast an broke off one of the eletric pickup pins on the plug  >>:-( <*< an i could not beleive it as now the mast lights wont work unless i repair it but to repair it would involve takin the whole mast apart something i dint want to do an boy was i angry at myself as i got to complaclacent an not carefull enough but my wife jen came up an bought me some biccies an a cuppa to calm me down a she said well its broke so we will have to repair it so its just as well i made it to all unscrew an come apart or it would have been a lot of work wasted  anway first linkpic  the  broken plug as there should be 4 pins on the plug not 3 an the one what was broke was the main live + for the red A/C 2mm led's

next pic  looks a bit messy  >>:-( <*< as is here where i was useing a soldering iron to melt the shrink rap so i could get to unsolder  all 4 wires on the old plug an fit a new plug which i did with my wife  jens help as she was holding the mast while i did the soldering an boy was it a heck of a job to do what with takin the mast apart an tryin to fit new plug as its got to meet up with the plug in the main S/S it took 9 hrs from 10am till 7pm  to fix it all an you may say well what the heck was we doin an the answer is the mast is very fragile an i could not get the allen screws out very easy as they had paint in them so had to dig out the paint in a 2mm allen screw in 8  gears an shafts  which is inside the mast frame work to get in the allen key but it all worked out ok in the end but i would not want to go through that again as we was both shattered by 7 pm an loads of cuppas to keep calm
