AN HI again Ray im very glad to share the build with you all as if you found it enjoyable over the last 4 yrs then i can think well ive made someone happy as thats all that matters to me an ive really enjoy building her apart from the probs causein frustraion but you guys on here helped me over them probs so thank you all

AN HI Dan nice to hear from you an hope your ship build of hms ocean is comin on an any more pics ? an yes  just her crew figures to do an my wife jen is goin to help me paint all them then Tiger will be finished apart from what ray pointed out the window wipers on the flight controllers bubble but i can do them anytime after her maiden voyage an that day is gonna be hard work gettin Tiger down stairs an into the car so will have to load her up the day before an hope like hell the wheather  stays warm an not raining an then i'll be a bundle of nerves gettin her onto the pond an then it will be test time to see how stable she is an how she sits in the water an then how she sails an by then i think i'll need a rubber room lol %) ok2 :embarrassed: :-))  ps an hope gerry will be able to come an vid her as he says he will spend the night at the pond sleepin in his car so he can be there to vid her an put on utube wow

HI Rob yes she turned out ok so far but what will happen when she gets on the wet stuff is anybodies guess an yes still around norwich area but tiger will sail at sheringham as there i can go anytime provied i can get a parkin space at the pond side as in warmer wheather in the summer its full of holl makers be nice to see you mate

   Get some crew figures on it and bring it to life.

I'm interested in where you will be soucing your Crew figures. There doesn't appear to be a lot of choice out there if looking for modernish RN. Some Flight Deck Crew available, but at an eye-watering price.

HI Nige no there is not alot of proper R/N figures so i always on my ship models use H/O railway figures an if they are cleaned up to look like sailors an officers then that what i have been usein an will use on tiger as lets face it they only stand an inch high so they wont look out of place on their details

HI ALL well the end is nigh of the tiger build just goin to fit on 40 crew figures an then she will be finished as far as im concerned an the figures are not accrute but will do for me  <:( :embarrassed:  then she will be ready for her maiden voygue but when that will be i dont know as need a freind to help me get tiger into my car an hope it will fit in ok
an then gettin her to the pond an warm wheather an that can happen anytime due to this crazy wheather we get now anway some pics of the crew figs just painted an waitin to dry off

HI MR Sealord yes im fairly pleased with the crew figures an yes will be good to fit them on  Tiger maybe today an yes i hope to fit some figures nr the  SAR chopper an some on the chopper in the hanger bay   but i still have more figures to paint but i was murder painting the details on the figures as got eye strain an stress but should be better to do the others as i have today bought them mighty site mag glasses with small led.s fitted in them so should esayer  on my eyes an they are very good but will paint more figures soon

yes crew figures make the ship come alive in my opinion as a ship with out them looks dead but that just my opinion an did yours come ready painted or have you got to paint them ?

HI all well i have been fittin on the bow section of my tiger about 40 odd crew members an now as far as im concernced the front section is finshed for now an now paintng  up another 40 odd crew members to fit on the stern section of her an then she will be finished just got to build her carry cradles an then launch day when warmer wheather but firstly some linkpics of her crew on the bow section an ive treid to make them all doin their jobs on the ship hope you all like them an when i get the back lot done then i will fit her alltogeather for pics just got to hope she will be a good lady an sail ok
