Fun and mayhem at Ron Dean's this morning with Ron, Graham, Johnv, me, and my Dad.
John bought along his 1/24 scale Dean's Marine PBR for everyone to enjoy.

Is as real as it gets.  Great work! Thanks for sharing.  Brought back memories of my time in U.S. Navy, Vietnam 1968, did some time of PCF Swifts.  Qui Nhon.  Dennis

Hi JohnV ,
Was given a Styrene hull by Barry at Westbourne many years ago - been wondering what it was all this time . Struck me looking at the Tamiya 1/35th Pibber it may well be that . Hull is +-16 1/2" long . Clearly meant for waterjets and has that very distinctive flared bow. So seems to fit the bill - thought 2 of the 15mm jets from Bangood might well be the right size or there is someone out here that might make a pair to suit on a 3d printer -  pictures of hull attached

Would very much like to know what length your 1/24 PBR is to check scale.

That 1/10th of yours is is a real stunner  - detail is absolutely amazing
