Solering irons & stations recommendations?

I have an expensive Weller WSP80 iron and solder station but the justification is that I still do a lot of PCB assembly work. I would, however, recommend buying an iron with silicon cable as it's much more flexible than PVC and also you won't accidentally burn through it. A range of different bits is a worthwhile option, too.

I love MetCal they are pwm controlled.
Wellers are in the not too bad section.. 😊
I have both, and the MetCal is the best until now.
